Tax law, HMRC practice and time limits change, and how they apply depends on the facts. You should not act, or refrain from acting, on the basis of this website alone.

Until we are formally appointed and authorised, we do not act for you and will not contact HMRC on your behalf. Any HMRC deadline remains your responsibility in the meantime.

Nothing on this website is a promise or prediction of the outcome of any enquiry, investigation, disclosure, penalty or appeal. Outcomes depend on the facts, the evidence and decisions made by HMRC or a tribunal.
Using the website
- Do not submit false information or information about another person without their knowledge
- Do not attempt to interfere with the website or its security
- Do not use automated means to submit forms
